Fellowship Model Design Team
By co-developing a fellowship model, the Design Team aims to strengthen the Melton Foundation’s core assets:
- our Mission,
- the Global Citizenship Program for Junior Fellows,
- and our global network
while also staying true to the needs of our community and our core values.
The Design Team is a key driver of a foundation-wide Co-Develop Process to develop a plan for an fellowship model and policy & governance structures for implementation in 2019.
Goal & Mission Statement of the Fellowship Model Design Team:
To revamp the MF Fellowship Model so that it is compelling and sustainable* while building on the foundation’s legacy and leveraging our network in a way that is beneficial to all fellows as well as to global society.
