Global Selection Team
The Global Selection Team (GST) oversees the New Fellow recruitment process and helps select best-suited candidates for the Melton Fellowship.
Timeline: February to July 2019
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Revise criteria, instruments, and global selection process and help reinforce the application of Global Selection Criteria
- Provide guidance, training and support to campus teams - especially regarding the use and application of global selection criteria & standardized instruments
- Collect selection results from campus teams
- Conduct personal interviews (together with campus teams)
- Make final decision and prepare official communication to finalists
