Policy & Governance Design Team
By co-developing policies and governance structures, the Design Team helps strengthen the Melton Foundation’s core assets:
- our Mission,
- the Global Citizenship Program for Junior Fellows,
- and our global network
while also staying true to the needs of our community and our core values.
The Design Team is a key driver of a foundation-wide Co-Develop Process to develop a plan for an fellowship model and policy & governance structures for implementation in 2019.
