Rainwater Harvest

The Project Team addresses the lack of water during the summer at Mañiuco school, Chile. Due to the lack of water the community is not able to farm during the summer. They plan to establish a water collection system for the community. They have started to partner with a US-American organization that has experience in this field. Soon they will start implementing the first pilot in the school of Mañiuco.

The implementation of the project includes the whole community. Plus, the project team is working on activities to educate kids, parents and teachers on how to save water. All this will be done before and during the GCC 2016.
